Go to Cyberspace Adventures

Bill Weber ran Bill Weber's News Stand and soon after Cyberspace Adventures for over ten years. He saw the wonderful new means of communication provided by the Internet, and quickly learned how to contribute to it. As he said in one of his first additions to his web site, "I hope to make this WEB page a place where those who are interested can exchange ideas and experiences in a quiet and friendly way." He was one of the few people who at the age of 89 was still making daily updates to his web site using HTML and FTP.

Bill had a way of looking at things that is far too uncommon in this world. He saw the negative actions of others not as personal faults to be reacted to with punishment and vengeance, but as the results of larger problems to be remedied with love and compassion. He witnessed the devastating effects of selfishness, violence, greed, and apathy on our society and our environment, and dedicated himself to contributing to a solution. He desired that "peace and plenty come to the world soon." He had an amazing selfless passion to do whatever he could to help those in need.

While there is no doubt that he will be deeply missed by all that knew him, there is also no doubt that he will continue to benefit this world through his lessons of love, peace, and compassion that he passed on to all he met.
