HELEN P. PAETH, 78, WILTON
Died Saturday, Sept. 16th, 2006.

Helen P. Paeth, 78, of Wilton died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006 at her home in Wilton surrounded by her family. She was born April 14, 1928 to Joseph and Margaret Mary (Kelly) Moriarty. She was united in marriage to LaDon "Tubby" Paeth. He preceded her in death Sept. 10, 1992. She was a faithful member of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church and a member of the Parish Council of Catholic Women. Helen owned and operated Helen’s Bar in Wilton for many years. She worked as convenience store sales clerk in Elroy for several years. She was an active member of the community and volunteered wherever she was needed. She was also a member of the Hanson-Stark-Leith-Paeth American Legion Post #508 Ladies Auxiliary in Wilton for 43 years.

She is survived by her children; a son Maurice (Debra) Paeth of Wilton, two daughters Kimberly Mashuda of Princeton, Lynn (John) Meyer of Minneapolis, MN. 5 grandchildren; Tanya Winchell and Ryan Winchell, Thomas Mashuda, Aaron (Fiancée Leah DeZiel) Vehling and Patrick Vehling, 2 sisters Margaret Ehlers of Sheboygan and Winifred McMahon, of Milwaukee, a sister- in-law Helen Moriarty of Milwaukee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband La Don and one brother John Moriarty.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, Sept. 18, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, Wilton. Rev. Richard C. Dickman will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the church on Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass. The Smith-Nelson Funeral Home, Wilton is assisting the family with the arrangements.
